This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, obtain an official booking record, or act for a requester. Contact the responsible public office directly for those services.
Official Paths for Marshall County Records
For a county-jail booking record, a booking photograph, or a current-custody question, begin with the sheriff rather than an unofficial result. The sheriff’s page and records policy are the confirmed official routes, but the reviewed county materials do not provide a public online roster, a booking-photo fee, or a separate records-unit telephone number.

Lewisburg, TN 37091
Phone: 931-359-6122
Sheriff: Billy Lamb
Sheriff public-records policy
The county website lists general county office hours as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Those are county web hours, not guaranteed hours for a records counter, jail intake, dispatch, or a jail visit. Call before traveling.
Marshall County court disposition
Circuit Court Clerk
302 Marshall County Courthouse
Lewisburg, TN 37091
Phone: 931-359-0536
Use the clerk for a docket, charging document, or disposition after booking. A booking charge is an allegation, and the court record is the proper source for the case outcome.
City police report routes
Lewisburg Police Records Office handles reports filed with LPD. For a Chapel Hill Police report, use the Chapel Hill Police records path through the Town Recorder. For a Cornersville Police report, use the town’s official Cornersville contact page and municipal records procedure. These city paths concern agency-held reports. Ask the sheriff for a booking record or booking photograph when a person entered county custody.
State and federal custody tools
For a later Tennessee felony custody or supervision record, use the TDOC FOIL offender search. It is not the Marshall County booking channel. Federal BOP custody is handled through the BOP inmate locator, while a current ICE detention question belongs with the ICE Online Detainee Locator.
What to have ready
Give the office a full name, approximate booking or arrest date, arresting agency, and any booking or case number. The county records guide explains why a current-custody request and a historical booking-record request should be asked as two separate questions.
